Opening New Doors
On July 28, we broke ground on the first permanent, full-time home for our clinic in El Naranjito — care that stays, a door that doesn't close when the volunteers fly home.
Since 1997, our volunteer teams have traveled to the mountains of the Dominican Republic four times a year, treating patients in borrowed spaces. This new facility, designed from the ground up for the communities we serve, means year-round access to the care they depend on.
